Try this recipe using our Maple Red Pepper Jelly! Cut some puff pastry into 16 2" squares. Place them into mini muffin tins. Chop several sausages into small pieces, place in bowl, and mix with 1/4c Maple Red Pepper Jelly. Drop a spoonful of this mixture into the uncooked puff pastry and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
