Yeah for bacon, we all love it, and it adds so much flavor to perk up the ordinary. Mix it with Maple Horseradish Jelly and you have an amazing explosion of tastes!
227 ml or1/2c Maple Horseradish Jelly
1 250 ml (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (250g/8oz)
4 slices crumbled crisp cooked bacon
1 green onion sliced finely (or chives if you prefer)
30 ml or 1 tbsp finely chopped red pepper (optional)
Cream Maple Horseradish Jelly into the cream cheese using an electric mixer until nice and smooth. Add bacon and veggies and gently stir. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Serve with crackers or veggies. Another great recipe for short cut gourmet cooking!
