Here is a cute little idea for appetizers for you:
908g (2lb) baby potatoes
454ml (2c) maple roasted garlic dip made up (1/4c dip mix/8 oz cream cheese)
2 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
114g (1/2c) shredded cheese---your choice!
Cook baby potatoes (fingerlings work too) unpeeled, until just soft. Cool so you can handle them.
With a sharp knife cut a circle in the top of the potato, that is cone shaped on the bottom. Remove this conical piece of potato...for use later. Fill the hole with Maple Roasted Garlic Dip (I use an icing bag to do this but you can use a small spoon)
sprinkle with cheese & bacon bits
Place on a coated cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350F for 15 min. Enjoy...yummy!
