Maple Roasted Garlic Dip
Start by mixing the dip: Use 1 250ml (8oz) block of cream cheese, light or regular, and ¼ of the jar (60 ml or 1/4c) of Maple Roasted Garlic Dip Mix. Blend with spoon or in a food processor until smooth.
Score the sides of a thin English cucumber with a fork, and slice into 1.5 cm or 3/4” pieces. With a melon baller, scoop middle out, leaving a 1 cm or1/2” depression. Fill a piping bag or cake decorating tube with dip and squeeze little kisses of dip into the depression
Slice the tops off of cherry or cocktail tomatoes, and scoop the insides out. Squeeze a generous amount of the dip into the tomato using the piping bag. Garnish with a parsley leaf.
Make five deep grooves lengthwise down the sides of a large peeled carrot. Cut into .5 ml or ¼ “ slices. Pipe a star of dip onto the centre of each piece and garnish with a tiny bit of red pepper.
Be creative! Fill celery, dates, or fruit slices with a piping bag. Use your favourite fruits & veggies.
