500 ml (2 c) whipping cream, whipped with 2pk Whipit
225g (1 c) fresh berries
125g (1/2c) toasted pecan halves
225ml (1 c) Maple Syrup or Maple Fruit Syrup or Crème Caramel
Method: in a large clear bowl place a layer of cake cubes. . Sprinkle with half of the berries. Drizzle with 1/3 of the syrup. Add a layer of whipped cream, then more cake, the rest of the berries & more syrup. Cover with whipped cream. Arrange toasted pecans around the edge, with more fresh berries for garnish if you like and drizzle with remaining syrup. Chill for at least an hour.
