Lamb Chops with Maple Pomegranate Fig Finishing Sauce
Braise individual lamb chops in a 5 ml (1 tsp0 of olive oil, salt and pepper on high heat for 3 minutes each side. Arrange on platter in a cris cross fashion, and pour a generous serving of Maple Pomegranate Fig Sauce over the dish. Warm in a hot oven for five minutes, until sauce is heated through and serve immediately
