1.2 kg (3lb)s boneless beef roast (rump, round or sirloin)
350 ml (1 1/2 c) Everything Maple BBQ sauce, in regular Yikes or Fury
225 ml (1 c) water
Method: slice raw meat into 2@ or 2 cm thick slices (if you are feeling particularly aggressive and need to get rid of some anger, you can pound the slices with a meat tenderizerCbetter than therapy!). Arrange in the bottom of a roasting pan. Mix 225 ml (1 c) Maple BBQ sauce and 225 ml (1 c) water together and pour over meat. Cook slowly at 325 E F ,on the grill, or in the oven for two hours, turning meat several times. Remove from heat, spread another 350 ml (2 c) of the maple BBQ sauce over the meat, and serve on fresh crusty rolls! Your guests will be lining up for more!
