115g (1/2 c) shredded Black Forest Ham
15 ml (1tbsp) Hot Maple Mustard
15 ml (1tbsp) finely chopped sweet onion
30 ml (2 tbsp) mayo
Mix and spoon into mushroom caps. Add a slice of Asiago or Cheddar to the top of each cap, bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
