Rice Pilaf
454g (2 c) long grain rice
1 L (4c) liquid---755 ml (3 ¾ c) water, 30 ml ( ¼c) Maple Balsamic Reduction
Finely chopped onions, peppers, scallions, zuchinni, carrots etc.
5 g (1 tsp) finely chopped parsley
Bring water & Maple Balsamic to boil, add veggies & rice, cover and let stand until all liquid is absorbed on lowest heat (15-20 min).
