Beef in Maple Sweet Onion & Feta

350 ml (1 1/2 c) Maple Sweet Onion & Feta dressing (divided)

900g (2 lbs) round steak, sliced thinly

900 g (2 lbs) peeled, sliced sweet potatoes or yams

Parsley and cherry tomatoes for garnish

Marinade the slices of beef in 225 ml (1 c) of the Maple Sweet Onion & Feta dressing for at least an hour, or up to overnight. Bake in a 350 * oven for 40 min. Meanwhile, microwave sweet potatoes until tender. Slice and layer into the bottom of a baking dish. Arranged carmelized beef over the sweet potatoes. Drizzle remaining Sweet Onion & Feta over the whole dish, and garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
