Add a Little Love Shrimp & Pasta

125 ml (1/2c) Add a Little Love; Maple Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Dressing

500g (1 lb) washed, deviened shrimp, fresh or frozen

200g dry (3c) cooked rainbow bowtie pasta

30 g (1/4c) chopped red pepper

30 g (1/4c) chopped sweet onion

Salt & pepper

Shredded Italian cheese mixturecook and drain pasta, set aside. Prepare veggies, set aside.

Pour Add a Little Love into a shallow frying pan and heat to simmer. Toss in shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until just cooked, and sauce is beginning to reduce. Mix pasta and veggies and arrange on a platter, pour the shrimp mixture over the pasta, then sprinkle on the cheese.

This dish can be served hot or cold.
