Baked Brie en chemise, avec Maple Pomegranate Fig Sauce
Brush 3 sheets of Phylo pastry with melted butter. Arrange the sheets on a metal baking tray, turning each sheet a quarter turn, so that the corners are not symetrical. Place an 225g (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese in the middle. Draw up the edges of the phylo pastry and twist at the top edge of the Brie, brushing the pastry with more butter and covering the cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, until pastry is flaky. Pour 4 ounces of Maple Pomegranate Fig Sauce over the Brie, return to the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or crustini for a wonderful appetizer.
