You will need 500 g (1 lb )of seafood: shrimp, scallops, crab or lobster meat.
Place 15 ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil in large skillet add 30 ml (2 tbsp) roasted garlic, freshly ground pepper, and seafood. Cook for 5 min, just until seafood is heated through. Add 15 g (1 tbsp) of butter, 45g (3 tbsp) of flour, stirring constantly. Slowly add 225 ml (1c) of milk, stirring constantly. As soon as mixture has thickened, (about 5min), add 125ml (1/2c) of good white wine & 15ml (1 tbsp) Maple Roasted Garlic Dip Mix. Reduce to simmer. Serve over seasoned noodles or an arrangement of toast points or voluvents.
