Make a pocket in the chicken breasts with a sharp knife. Do not cut all the way through. Slide 4 stems of asparagus into the pocket, does not matter if they protrude. Sprinkle the cheese with the lemon zest. Slice the cream cheese into four equal parts, and place one piece inside each breast. Place in a baking pan with ½" of water. Pour the Citrus Twist over the chicken breasts and bake or barbeque on medium heat 350 degrees, for 25 mins or until cooked through...Delicious with a fresh salad and a bed of rice!
