Start with pounded or thin pieces of boneless chicken breasts 500- 900 g (1-2 lbs)
Place a layer of baby spinach leaves on top of each breast. Add a spoonful of Maple Berries Vinaigrette, Maple Cranberry Chutney, or Maple Pomegranate Fig Sauce,
Next, place a wedge of Brie or Camembert cheese in the centre and roll up tightly, arrange in a pan, brush with Maple Citrus Twist and bake at 350 F for 30 min.
