How about a big stack of tortillias and several crock pots with various meats?
Pulled pork in Maple BBQ Sauce, Chicken strips wallowing in Maple Oriental, Lean ground beef spiked with a dash or two of Flaming Maple Hot Sauce, left over turkey simmering with "These Ain't Your Grandma's Cranberries", shrimp caramelized with Maple Roasted Garlic Dip, chunks of sirlion kicked up with Maple Caramelized Onions, or Maple Horseradish Jelly. Just put out some dishes of shredded lettuce & cheese, diced onions & peppers, and let your guests build their own wrap! You can make any of the meat dishes ahead of time, and simply reheat them. They are even yummier when the sauces have had time to sink in.
