Savoury Maple Roasted Garlic Cheesecake
Omit sugar in cheese mixture
Add 15ml (1 tbsp). chopped garlic
30 ml (2tbsp) finely chopped red pepper
2g (1/2 tsp) pepper
Crust:
Crush crackers (Ritz, or vegetable) for 1 1/2c
30g (1/4c) parmesan cheese,
30 ml (1/4c) melted butter
Mix together, press into a springform pan.
Pour cheese mixture over the crust, bake for 45 min in a 350F oven. Cool slightly, remove rim, drizzle 115 ml (1/2c) Add a Little Love over the top, serve with crackers, veggies or bagel chips.
