Dragon Soup
454g (1lb) beaten flesh (sausage)
1.5kg (3lbs) chopped/diced or put through the ringer potatoes
4slices bacon heated over high heat til crumbled & crushed
1Lg onion sliced to smithereens
500 ml (2c) chicken stock-released from the stocks
500 ml (2c) cream to soothe the bruises
225 ml (1/2c) Add a little love; maple roasted garlic & parmesan & 1tbsp Hot Maple Red Pepper Jelly
Because Everything is better with maple!
Slice sausage into 1cm (1/2") pieces Brown in saucepan. Add bacon& onion. Cook. Add 2tbsp flour stirring constantly. Gradually add cream, then stock continuing to stir. Add potatoes. Turn heat down & simmer until potatoes are soft. Stir in maple pepper jelly & Add a Little Love. Heat thoroughly.
