Just in the process of making fresh sausages for the today's Victoria Harbour market. We will be in Penetang on Saturday and Midland on Sunday. For the Sunday market we will be introducing a new garlic pork sausage. Recipe and garlic supplied by Bulbs of Fire Garlic. http://www.bulbsoffire.com Their garlic is amazing!
