This was my first time using Well Swept and I am so glad I did. The men were punctual and efficient! I have never had a “full service” and “inclusive” sweep done before. There were no extra costs to fix the gasket or replace bricks. They were very informative and pleasant. I would recommend them for sure!

Customer from Georgian Bay Islands - Deer Island: The RAW Chimney Sweep representative took the time to discuss and provided manufactures specifications on the wood stove and how the applicable codes applied to the subject stove. Conducted a class 2 inspection which was comprehensive and assuring to me that I can use the stove and feel confident that the stove will preform as designed to do so. - Ted

Customer in Tiny: We needed to have chimney swept for insurance on our rental unit. I called RAW Chimney Sweep and was very please with their flexible scheduling. I was not able to make it when they were there, but they taught my tenant how to properly use the fireplace, which was a relief. It was great and would definitely recommend. - Stephanie Stevens

Customer on Georgian Bay Island: Robin performed a chimney and fireplace cleaning at our cottage on island near Honey Harbour. He did a fine job and certainly would recommend him to others in the area. I feel it is important to keep the chimney clean as there have been several fires in the area over the past year with at least one on our island due to a chimney fire. Thanks again. - Fab

He show us the ropes of using our first fireplace, cleaned it, and we even started our first fire together. The next day he came back unannounced and brought a cleaning solution to help get the crud off our glass door (to the fireplace). Great guy and a great service. - Bart

We had initially asked for a cleaning and certification of the fireplace/chimney in our home. Being new to the process we were concerned over costs.We received excellent service. We are even more grateful for the upfront honesty which explained existing issues we have with the structure and outlined options to address these issues.Honest and friendly service is hard to come by and we will 100% be using this service for all future concerns.

Robin was available on short notice, arrived on time, and did the work (chimney sweeping and shield installation) very quickly. Left the area as clean as it was before. Nice a friendly guy. Will certainly use his services again.
