Last evening I had the pleasure to meet Mayor Bill French, Mayor of Springwater Township and do a Delegation to Council on behalf of We Are The Villagers regarding providing services for the children in their area. Mayor French informed me that he has just begun working on a program to Assist Children from homes of lessor income get into programs otherwise not available to them due to financial circumstances. At the end of the Deputation is was nice hearing all Councillors unanimously adopt the presentation. I look forward to working with the Mayor and those who will be part of this important undertaking on behalf of kids in your Township. Thank you all for your time and attention. Julianna
