Change Only Happens When You Make it Happen!

I am probably not the only one thinking this: A New Year is AWESOME. Fresh Start, clean slate, motivation, new outlook.

My challenge to you is to KEEP this positive mentality through out the whole year. Let LOVE in, and keep the fear out. Fear being negative thoughts, patterns, relationships...anything. 

I am looking forward to spending another year of happiness, movement, challenge, and growth with you! Keep reading for some exciting stuff happening at the studio and changes/additions.

Drop in Week and Program Launch 

This week (January 7-10th) all programs are on a drop in basis to allow you to try new things! classes are $8, or grab a $40 if you are going to make it worth it.

January 11th and 12th are program registration times. 8-5 on Friday, and you will see me Saturday from 11-4pm. Cant make it in? Its ok! I am here all the time (just try to remember I teach and run admin right now, so will not be able to help you during a class time).

Membership and Class Card Update

We are switching to a scan card system here! Its so cool and so easy!

This means your punch cards are no longer valid come Friday January 11th, 2013.

Class Cards and membership cards will not be available for pick up on this weekend, but will be delivered to you when the artwork is done. This also means that Zumba Fitness will continue to be drop in until we can upload your new and fancy cards! Zumba will be $8 in accordance to this.

Additions and Changes To Your Schedule

Aqua Zumba is not runnning this winter season. After much consideration, this is too much inconsistency with Sunday Programming as I am completing my 500hour yoga training. Much love is given out to the ladies who love the class. You will see it back on the schedule-this is not the end!

 You are going to see an addition Saturday Morning Starting February 23rd: the 8:30am Circuit training class! It was a hit during drop in week, so you will see it back on your schedule. Awesome! it will run for 10 weeks until May.
