Lets see now...My wife luvs all the classes she attends and feels guilty to herself if she cannot make it one night. She comes home pumped, and is already talking about the next nights class and how we juggle the household chores. She loves the energy Becky puts out and also enjoys the social aspect of others all seeking the same goals. Nice job Becky, as motivation is 90% of the battle and to have people itching to go to the gym or their next class, you must be doing something right. Keep it up

So happy I am now a member of this gym. Becky made me feel very comfortable and keeps me motivated to challenge myself every day. Sometimes I even wish the classes were longer than 45 min! I feel great. My daughter and I really enjoy battling it out in kickboxing class the most.

First time doing Zumba last night with Becky!

I was nervous at first but she quickly made us all feel comfortable and ready to go with her energetic and fun personality.

I have been doing Zumba with Becky since Jan 2011. I still remember that very first class that my friends talked me into joining! It was amazing! The energy, excitement and fun had me addicted from that very first moment! Becky's approach to fitness and wellness is second to none. Her energy and enthusiasm is highly addictive. You always leave her classes feeling invigorated, pumped and alive (and a lot sweaty) :) Come join the party!!

I have been addicted to Becky's Zumba classes since last August. (2010) It is so much fun. Since last August I have maybe missed a handful of classes and have also branched out to a few of her other classes. Zumba toning, Aqua Zumba, her Core and Yoga classes. My children also join her for Zumbatomic (a kid's Zumba class). I went from a person who hated to workout to someone who loves it and could never live without it. Becky is so encouraging and makes the class fun. Since last year I have lost over 40lbs and went from a size 16 to a size 10. I never thought I would be that size again. Thank you Becky for being the person you are. You are amazing. I would recommend anyone who is afraid to try Zumba to try it with Becky. It will change your life like it has mine.

I've been doing Becky's Zumba/ Zumba toning and core classes for 6 months now, I cant say enough good things about her programs. You will feed off her high energy and push yourself where you normally wouldnt in other programs. She has great routines and switches it up so you never get bored doing the same songs. She has me squating and loving it (Trust me!) There is now a huge group of us that travel to Midland from Barrie every week just to take her classes. she is THAT good. Everytime we bring someone new they are hooked aswell. She is always very supportive and encouraging us to reach and surpass our goals. If you try it once you'll be hooked. I've lost 40lbs since joining Beckys programs. she is AMAZING!!!
