Hello valued customers! It is with a heavy heart that we close our doors temporarily until this unprecedented threat passes and our community is once again safe.

We hope that everyone is heeding the advice of Chief Public Health Officer, but please don't forget to get a little fresh air and vitamin D! There are still many ways that you can safely enjoy the outdoors and remain active.

Perhaps try some yoga at home (maybe on the deck outside?) with online videos. Even better - ask your local studio if they will be doing this in leu of classes at this time.

Don't forget that we are surrounded by miles of beautiful, spacious hiking trails! If you are looking for ideas and places to go, check out our Hiking on the Bay Facebook group. We will be posting ideas for lesser known and crowd-free hiking spots.

In the meantime, if there is anything that you need from the store, please private message me and we can try our best to arrange for delivery. :)
