I have been bring all of my families vehicles to this establishment for several years with great service.
Lesson learned on a new vehicle watch to make sure that the technician sprays under all of the plastic and covering on the underside of vehicle body . They do not tell you that they do not spray these areas , a little concerning the consumer should be notified upon the application that they do not spray under these coverings or have the option to have them removed.
Very disappointing on the response to questions about this lack of spray in these areas. Consumer Beware !!

As I hope our staff mentioned we use what is called a hooking rod to get above things like the spare tire, plastic skid plates and the like. The Krown product is also a creeping agent, meaning when you spray it in one area it will move along the metal and spread farther on its own.

We are always happy to try and go the extra mile for our customers and during less busy times, like spring and early summer we can accommodate many special requests.

If you like we would be happy to show you what we mean by the hooking rod, the procedure we have in place and better explain to you the creeping ability of the Krown product.

Had a loose radiator cap and a severely overheated engine after going there. Few years later with new vehicle. All oil drained out of the engine through the oil filter while the car was running. Needed a toe. Owner was very rude and condescending about issue. Would not recommend to anybody.

What great service! I had my regular oil change for my Hyundai on Thursday. To my surprise there was no charge. My last two oil changes I had to return as there were leaks. They fixed no problem. It seems the gasket has to be wiped and cleaned with the canister system. I was not expecting a no charge. Thank you for that. I always appreciate the friendliness and courtesy.
