These guys have hooked me up numerous times from home audio to marine and car audio, always extremely knowledgeable, fair with pricing, excellent service, and patient with my requests! Their quality of installs is second to none and the product lines they offer far surpass the quality found in big box stores. Can't say enough about this store, I purchased a flat screen in Barrie a couple of years ago in another big electronics store, I was quick to learn how fast the store and the manufacture were to wash there hands when the panel failed just days after the factory warrenty ran out.(THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN). Then I purchased all kinds of audio and video from this local store (Fast Forward) and WOW there always there to help, in anyway. Service after the sale is so Important, and they will even match any competitors store price...... Great store guys......kutos to Jeff & Matt ect....Alan
They have worked with myself on a number of projects and they have been great !!!!......But recently I purchased a outdoor "Sound Cast System " What a Treat !!!! Sound is very important to me ( even though my partner says I'm partially deaf . That may be selective listening ? ) To me a good sound system is more important than TV......... The "Sound Cast System" has made our houseboat even more enjoyable !!!!!! ....Thanks Guys
Fast Forward Audio and Video were absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. We purchased a 42" Panasonic 1080p LCD T.V. at a great price. Jeff made sure we were well-taken care of and answered all our questions. The unit we purchased was at least $100 more at other stores (including larger retailers) in town, even on sale. The pricing and service is excellent. The next time we purchase home entertainment equipment, Fast Forward will be our first (and very likely only) stop.
All I can say is amazing. Right from the first time I walked through their door, the guy's at Fast Forward Audio and Video were highly professional. Other electronics stores in Barrie, Midland or Toronto couldn't beat the price I paid for my 50 inch Pioneer Elite 1080p TV. The guy's did a great job installing the tv and took the time to make sure I was happy with everything before they left my house. I thank Jeff, Matt and Jeremy for doing such a great job and I wish them all the best in the years ahead. If you are going to buy any home entertainment equipment in the next year, make sure you take the time to call them or stop by their store; you will be happy you did.
