Ballots may be dropped off at North and South ends of the Mall.
CONTEST RULES:
• Identical Prizes will not be awarded to the same winner.
• Winner must be at least 18 years of age.
• Winner must answer skill testing question.
• Winner must have valid photo I.D.
• Tenants, employees and members of their household
are not eligible to win.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
