Have you ever been to a 'field to fork' style dinner?
On Saturday, November 10 Nathan and I will be hosting our final dinner of the season, "Dinner in the Dome'.
Held in our recently constructed Growing Dome, we will enjoy on-farm-grown food, prepared by Andre Sanche of Ciboulette et Cie.
Here is what guests will be enjoying come this Saturday night:

Pickled Pumpkin Vegetable Rice Rolls on Kale Slaw with Toasted Cashew
10Fold Farm Sesame and Edamame Chicken Dumplings
with Baby Bok Choy in a Lemon Verbana Broth
Hot and Sour Eggplant Stir-Fry
Honey Braised Pork Shoulder tossed with Peashoots,
Mini Purple Brussel Sprouts, Farm Mushrooms and Cilantro
Dessert Course....TBA Served with a selection of tea or locally roasted coffee w/Loretto, Ontario milk

Dinner will also be served with a selection of Ontario wines while we dine in warmth and comfort inside our enclosed space.
