Term insurance is very competitive and annual premiums may differ by a few dollars.

Term insurance should be renamed ‘Death’ insurance. There are no cash values and it is not considered an asset. It is in fact rental insurance. It only pays out should the insured die.

There are alternatives. Create an asset using life insurance.
