WildPower Pilates studio is now located in the Midland, Penetanguishene area surrounded by beautiful Georgian Bay.

Pilates is an exercise routine that requires a mind-body connection. At first, the work is small, isolating muscle groups for stability and ease of movement.  As the work progresses, the movements become more complex, the mind must assist the body to perform. There is a lot of attention to detail with placement of bones and recruitment of muscles to achieve efficiency of movement and prevent injury.

Pilates is not just an exercise program, it is an awareness that changes the way you move in your body on a day-to-day basis.

Reiki is an ancient life force energy passed through the hands of the practioner to bring peace and healing.  Jo’s active hands on approach to Pilates allows Reiki to be passed along. The sessions are invigorating yet calming.

Jo likes to keep her session’s fun, full of life and energy. “You have to be able to laugh,” insists Jo “it is all part of healing and feeling good about yourself!”
