I ordered a sympathy arrangement through my office, for an employee who has a passing in the family. Because the delivery was set up for over the weekend and I wasn't at work at the time of the delivery, when there was trouble delivering, The Ivy Basket didn't give up to say the least. Even though she was not at fault for being unable to deliver, she still made an entire fresh arrangement. The level of care she puts into her work and building a client base is astounding and simply isn't seen as much these days. Not to mention the flowers turned out stunningly. Thanks Ivy Basket !
