Mike Dupuis & Sean Ouellet each bring their own unique experiences & qualifications to the company. After joining as business partners in 2009 we have grown continually. We bring that combined experience plus almost 30 years each of our own experiences to ensure our customers have a great experience building their dreams.

While building design is what many people see we offer a full service package. This would include the following: - 3D design with full colour, textures, furniture, etc. so you can see the finished product before it's done - Building design and space planning - Working drawings for the purpose of quoting and obtaining a building permit - HVAC design to ensure energy efficiency including - Duct design using conventional systems - Duct design using high velocity systems - Heat loss/gain calculations - Mechanical ventilation summaries - Radiant heating system design - Liason with other building supply products such as - Engineers - Engineered floor systems - Engineered roof systems (trusses) - Surveyors for site planning and grading - Mechanical service (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) - Building permit applications - Zoning review including minor variance
