Hi everyone. We want to update you on what we are doing to be as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, including some changes we are making to ensure the safety of you and of our staff.
After each customer, we are disinfecting the counter and payment terminal with alcohol-based spray. Staff are washing their hands or applying hand sanitizer after each customer interaction.
We are also keeping our distance during customer interactions.
As always, our prices are the same as what they were pre-emergency.
Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting cash in store. There is too high of a risk of the virus potentially spreading through handling money, and it's not possible for us to sanitize. For the immediate future, we will be accepting only debit and credit cards.
To help do your part, please keep your visits to us as brief as possible.
Try not to touch products unless you are intending to purchase them. Please avoid bringing in children as they love to touch everything and it is difficult to sanitize everything they touch.
We highly encourage placing an order for pickup. Shop online, pick out what you want, and at the checkout select "Pickup in Person". We'll pack up your order and have it ready for pickup when you arrive.
Please do not come in if you are sick or feeling unwell. If you are quarantined and in Midland, we can drop off your order outside your door for no extra cost. Just contact us via email info@nascentnaturals.com
We are planning to keep the store open as long as we are healthy and feel that it is safe for both our customers and our staff. Thank you for your support and understanding. If anything changes, we will post an update and let you know.
