I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, certified with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants

I will work with you to help get to the root cause of your health issues, through a comprehensive and individualized Nutritional and Lifestyle Assessment.  I then design a Nutritional Plan based on the results of the assesment which will address deficiencies and support optimal health.
