I make 23 kinds of jams and jellies including a great Red Pepper Jelly. Red Pepper Jelly makes a super appetizer served over brie or goat's cheese with crackers. Come and visit my booth at Harvest Festival at Sainte Marie Among The Hurons on Thanksgiving weekend.
