Great service! My RYOBI electric lawn mover stopped working after 2 years and Peter let me know my warranty would cover the repairs. He worked with RYOBI and they could not repair the mower. RYOBI took their time, but Peter was persistent and ended up getting me a new mower. Thanks for your help Peter! I would definitely recommend 'I Know a Guy' for any RYOBI repairs!!

Brought in my Ryobi lawnmower as it had stopped working after one year. I called Ryobi and they recommended I Know A Guy shop.
I expected not to get back for at least a month, but I received a call to come pick up after just over a week. Very impressed with the staff and service. Thank you!

Fantastic service!! I brought in 2 dead Ridgid tools for warranty, Peter worked his magic around Ridgids tool warranty and had me set up with 2 new replacement tools in no time, as the old ones couldnt be fixed. Thank you, highly recommend.
