Dropped by to buy a order/buy a part for my lawn mower. Not sure who was sitting at the counter, but i brought in my model and serial number or my lawn mower. All i got was, sorry we do not service that brand of machine here. I would have to google it and find a part number to order the part for you. I was told to go home and check the cable for a part and come back. Well if i wanted to google and find you the part number i might as well order it online myself instead of supporting a small business in town. I guess Amazon now has my business because you could not look up a part number. It took 2 minutes of my time to look it up! And small business' wonder why they are losing business. This is not the first time i have gone in for parts there, but still got the same horrible service.

Hi Tony. Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately there are several brands we do not service for a number of reasons. Your machine fell into this category. In fact there are some brands where the only place to find parts for the overseas machine can be through Amazon so definitely glad you were able to get it. That said we do not order our parts from Amazon or google for multiple reasons but glad you were able to find your part. For that machine it is a brand we cannot help you with going forward. As a repair center there are many makes and models we can help with. A list can often be found on our website with some notes as to the brands we do not provide parts for. If you ever have any questions to the brands we deal with and want to save yourself the trip you can always give us a call or send us an email.

Not only will he fix it; and make as good as new!

But his prices are reasonable. Just had him fix our lawn mower, but he has done snow blower; STIHL Kombi unit, Chain saws, etc. in the past.

All done well, and as good as NEW!

I have a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower/snowblower. Bought it many years ago from another local dealer. Seems to eat belts. Finally found someone that has the knowledge required to solve the appetite this unit has for belts. Bought a replacement blower drive belt. Not the OEM one. Unit runs smoother and quieter with the belt Huronia Small Engines recommended. Thanks for your advice and expertise.

Have dealt with Doug and Huronia two or three times and every time was efficient with the diagnosis and repair. Liked that he dealt with a snowblower I had not purchased from him (older) but when this one goes I will get my new one from him as the service has been great.

I needed a very quick turnaround on my damaged snow blower and called them to see if they could do it for me right away. To my surprise as it was right in the middle of snow storm Doug came out to my hangar and picked it up. He had to order some parts but in 3 days he delivered the machine back to me in excellent working order. He was there when he said he would be and he delivered on time too. Very helpful, courteous and very fair pricing considering all that had to be fixed and delivered. I will recommend this shop to anyone with small engine repair requirements.
