I'm writing this with great disappointment that you failed to provide the appropriate menu as discussed in an email for my wedding (email was sent and agreed upon on Monday August 30th) the only further discussion was on October 4th to discuss a deposit which we paid half of the total amount and October 13th to confirm date and time of our wedding. Prime rib was provided instead of roast beef Chicken marsala with a mushroom sauce – We ended up with chicken thighs and no sauce 2 types of potato were supposed to be offered- we only received mashed Salads were supposed to be provided- we received candied popcorn and spring rolls and a salami platter from what I can assume was from the previous venue you had done that morning- which was a shock and unsettling to say the least that you had double booked the day of our wedding when you had ensured to us that you would be free the entire week of our wedding to make sure all was perfect. You had discussed with my aunt and the bartender that you would be back the next morning to pick up the kitchen ware. You did not arrive in the morning and when Kyle and I made multiple attempts to reach out we had no choice but to let you know by text that we would have to leave within the hour as we had to return the keys to the township and leave the hall. I let you know that you could pick up kitchen ware at my house and when told where to pick up you asked if you could pick up the following day and I agreed, when asked what time you could pick up I let you know my dad would be there at 11am to which you had asked if we could please leave them outside as you didn't know if you could arrive at that time. (You had also discussed with my aunt and the servers that we did not need to clean the kitchen ware) However when my dad brought to your attention through email ( yes he did use the word sh*t popcorn, which may seem like an aggressive tone, but he was just unhappy that we did not receive the proper dinner and was very disappointed for his daughter and son in law, considering my parents paid for half the cost, they are entitled to feel this way) that we were dissatisfied with receiving food that was not what we had discussed nor asked for you were not professional and did not address our concerns and comments in an appropriate manner. You basically called my husband and I liars and told my dad that we had asked for the food that you provided when that was not at all the case. You also expressed you were upset that the kitchen ware was left outside and uncleaned when that is what was asked of us. I needed to get this off my chest that we did not and do not appreciate this situation and how it was handle.
