Today, I’m extending this nutrition story to address to what extent, we (grocery shoppers of today) , need to supplement , and how we can take advantage of those "internal" storage facilities, at the same time building healthier and hardier guts, gearing towards healthy bodies into our latter years (Say, on that note, have you ever been prescribed a medication like Losec or Pariet? Well they’re commonly used in North America for acid reflux which can be a symptom of acid ash build up , mentioned in my previous post!) And on that note, digestion related diseases are staggeringly common. ….so a second note, Fasting …yes fasting ! is actually quite good for us periodically, far better than over-eating , but that’s another story…it’s easier than you think, with a few priceless tricks, to regain your foothold on health, by paying homage to your digestion, the gate-keeper of most of what enters…and exits…our bodies. …so STAY TUNED!
