I'm a customer of PEARL and was supposed to get dentures through the ONTARIO works.I had my teeth pulled and impressions made and was approved for the work.I was booked for 2 appointments which were cancelled the morning of these days,WHEN asking WHY they were cancelled I was told nothing ,then I was told that she would call FRIDAY to book again ,GUESS WHAT,' THEY'RE GONE ON THE LABOUR DAY LONG WEEKEND.IF I had any other choice I would be using someone else but to do that you have to re-apply and that takes another6 weeks,so others think twice about using THEM.

Hi, Although I've not had to use your services, I do work and talk with a lot of the public and when they see your card, they talk to me about you. In every case, it's been very positive - from the first time they step into your office. They are extremely pleased with the way they've been treated. They're very happy with the service and the product i.e their dentures. Their most positive comment is that NOW their dentures fit and stay put and not flop when they eat or talk. I thought you should know this, so keep up the great work. Lisa
