BLPC’s Practice Vision

BLPC is a boutique type of general practice, with the exclusion of criminal law and insurance litigation, including personal injury.

Our practice goal is to service your everyday personal and small business needs. BLPC's interests are residential real estate law, and small business, corporate and contract matters. BLPC also offers intellectual property consultation, with an interest in constructing solutions for your trademark, copyright and industrial design concerns.

In addition, BLPC will strive to offer you solutions for your everyday small claims, family, estates, municipal, and tax law issues. Accordingly, BLPC is affiliated with a boutique accounting firm to act as an agent on any accounting and tax matters.

Uniquely, BLPC also offers translation services of German legal, treaty and tax documents into English, and vice versa. Additionally, BLPC provides commissioner for taking oaths and affidavits undertakings, along side notary public services.

About Hartmut

Hartmut grew up in Midland and has called Midland-Penetanguishene home for 40 years. After graduating from Midland Secondary School, Hartmut obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in biological/life sciences from Queen’s University in Kingston and a Law Degree from the University of Windsor. He then completed his Articling with a boutique intellectual property law firm in Ottawa, gaining exposure to Canadian patent, trademark and copyright law.

Hartmut is a lawyer licensee (barrister and solicitor) with the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.
