The installation crew was organized and efficient. At the end of the day, they cleaned up so well it looked like they hadn't even been there. The new roof looks great.
We called BC Roofing on a rainy day to investigate a water leak in our home. Brian was informative over the phone, explaining possibilities for our problem. Cory arrived promptly that same afternoon and inspected our roof and attic. After a thorough search no leak from the roof was found. Happy to say that I had a very good experience with BC Roofing when I had my roof and rain gutters replaced. Brian Cooper returned my initial call right away, showed up when he said he would, walked me through all the options, worked out a price and stuck to it. brian and his crew did an excellent job on my home but unfortunately after numerous calls and emails a request for a small repair has gone on ignored since june--
Although it has been close to a year that Brian and his team replaced our shingles and eave troughs, the roof still looks as new as the day it was done. The eave troughs work great, better than the ones we had, water now goes where it is suppose to go. Brian and his team were very professional and the job was done on time.
I am so thankful I chose BC Roofing. Brian and his team dropped off shingles on Thursday, started work on Friday and finished Saturday. You would have never known anyone was even at my home. It was clean and the job was exemplary. I don't think I have ever been so pleased with a contractor's job. The cost of the job was very fair and reasonable for the work involved. Brian's team was pleasant and respectful. I will have no hesitation referring them to anyone.
