Linda Chaplin is a fantastic Mortgage Broker, she keeps me abreast of the interest rates on a regular basis, she answered all my phone calls and managed to save me money by having the bank waive the discharge fee when I remortgaged my house.
She gave me a copy of the email as proof the discharge fee was waived, and when I checked to see if it was waived, the bank said they had no evidence of this. Linda got right on that for me and within a week I had my cheque. Thanks so much Linda, we will do business again!
