Keith Leonard, Certified Master Inspector, has been hired by us twice in the past to inspect two commercial properties we were looking at. He is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and precise in his findings. Keith went through the buildings and listed problem areas that needed to be addressed as well as other areas that passed his inspection. All the information was presented to us in a binder, broken down in sections so that we could assess what needed to be done immediately. He was extremely helpful and I would never think of buying a property without consulting Keith first.
