Standing strong, the Cornerstone of Uptown Penetanguishene, 118 Main has been part of this communities' history for over 130 years.  From early success in the carriage industry to later becoming a well know vacation destination, 118 Main has witnessed many decades of change. 

 

The 2013/14 renovations have also brought many more changes to 118 Main.  Along with the new face lift, structural restoration and the overall improvements, wheelchair accessible units have now been built, providing a service to members of the community with mobility difficulties.

 

This Cornerstone serves both the residential needs of the community along with the commercial needs and with 19 units on the upper floor and 8 on the main floor, 118 Main is becoming a small community with in itself. 

 

Restoration to such a Historical building in a town with such History itself will be a catalyst for many future developments to come.
