Join Eugene Rea for an intimate conversation with legendary singer-songwriter Janis Ian as they discuss her life, her career and her legacy on Tuesday, September 11th at 7:30pm. Tickets for the Interview only are $25 plus hst & fess.
On Wednesday, September 12th at 8:00pm, Janis Ian will take the stage for a live performance. Tickets for the Show only are $75.00 plus hst & fees for the floor and $85.00 plus hst & fees for the balcony.
Janis Ian has been a professional singer-songwriter since the age of twelve. She was most commercially successful in the 1960s and 1970s with her most widely recognized song, “At Seventeen", which reached number 1 on the Billboard chart.
Janis Ian has released 22 major label albums that have sold over 9 million copies worldwide. She is the recipient of two Grammy Awards and nine Grammy nominations, and has also received honors from a host of organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign Fund and MADD.
Her tours have sold out in every country she's visited, and her songs have been recorded by artists as diverse as John Mellencamp, Amy Grant, Diane Schuur, and Joan Baez. Janis has dueted with Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Mel Torme and, most recently, Trevor Sewell; their single, released only in the UK, jumped up the jazz charts.
