On March 4th the MCC will be hosting our first annual spelling bee competition – The MCC BEE. Open to students from grades 3 to 8 this is a great learning experience for all participates and will sure to be an exciting day. Back by popular demand, the Tiffin Bay Folk Club presents Leahy – The Next Generation on March 18th. Building on over three generations of Leahy musicianship, Doug Leahy, together with his wife Jennifer and six of their eight children, are keeping those traditions alive through music, song, and dance. Evelyn (5), Joseph (7), Cecilia (8), Angus (10), Gregory (12) and Adele (13) all bring to the stage a level of musical mastery rarely seen in a group so young. On April 1st, Family Scene at the MCC presents Solar Stage in a Merry Munsch Pyjama Party. This brand new play is based on five books by beloved children’s author Robert Munsch. This performance promises to have Robert Munsch's signature sense of humour and play that will even make grown-ups feel like kids. Put on your PJs and come jam with us!
