The third event in the local “Our Health” series takes place on November 30th at the MCC. This informative and fun event is titled “Huff and Puff” Your Way to Wellness and starts at 7:30pm (doors open at 7pm). Please register in advance. Admission is free. Panel members include Ironmen, motivated exercise experts and those who have learned how to manage post exercise pain. This is an event which is sure to motivate those of us who choose to enjoy the couch!
