ROBERT MILNE RETURNS TO THE MCC FOR DAYS OF TIN PAN ALLEY
Bob Milne is considered by many to be the world’s finest ragtime / boogie-woogie pianist. He appeared at the MCC last August and left the large audience in awe at his skills at the keyboard. He returns by popular demand. His website announce s this event as part of his North American tour and calls the MCC an “outstanding arts centre”.
This year his concert features “The Days of Tin Pan Alley” – a tribute to the music of George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Johnny Mercer, Sammy Cahn, Scott Joplin, Al Jolson and Hogey Carmichael.
