I am very pleased to announce that my work will be available at Arbour’s Flower Shoppe on 89 Main St. Penetanguishene. As many of you know my expeditions on Georgian Bay are sporadic so this is a perfect fit for those of you who can’t seem to track me down. Diane and the girls at Arbour’s have given me a warm welcome and I am looking forward to working with them. You may wish to cash in on Arbour’s Flower Shoppe special every Friday from 3 to 6 (with exception to special busy weekend Friday’s like mother’s day etc). All cut flowers are half price. Great Bargain!
 
Please don’t forget that much of my work can be viewed 24/7 at the Midland Inn and Suites Prospect Ave just beside the OPP station and across from Walmart.  
   
Keep tuned as I have been working on a plan with the Friends of Awenda Park Robitaille Homestead. More to come in the following months. We sold out 1000 butter tarts before 11:30am at Midland’s Butter Tart Festival this past Saturday. All to support the program. Thank you for supporting us if you did a purchase! We also unveiled the benches at the homestead on Sunday, and what a great day it was. Thank you Friends of Awenda for all your support to make this a great event. You may want to see more about Friends of Awenda Park for their up and coming events as well as their Photo Contest to Celebrate the 150th and much more.    
 
I hope to see you July 30th at Art on the Rocks 12:00-4:30 Maxwell/Whalen’s Island, Cognaushene. The show goes on rain or shine but this cookie will only make it if the wind is in my favour. I am boating down from Sans Souci. Hope to see you there.   
 
Once again, I am doing a summer show at CABIN ON THE ROCKS in Sans Souci. It will take place between Aug. 8th and 12th 2017. Many of you have heard me mention the Iron City Club in the past. This year it is scheduled for  Friday, July 7th late morning and again after lunch until 3:00 pm  Scott Barnim will be back with his pottery, Lisa McCron will bring some leather goods, Terri McKay of Wood Bay Naturals and our very own Marie Brunelle Moreau with her moccasins, jewelry and moose tufting, may also be attending this year. It’s casual but fun.
